| About the Community: | North Little Rock Housing Authority has a centralized Leasing Office where we maintain a waiting list for all of our developments. The Leasing Office handles the application process for Public Housing. Eligibility for the public housing program is determined by family composition, past rental history with other subsidized housing programs, criminal history and income guidelines determined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The current waiting period for an apartment is from 3 – 12 months depending on availability and bedroom size. |
