The North Little Rock Housing Authority has updated its RAD website and invites you to visit and sign up for alerts and updates at https://www.nlrharad.org. The site features information about NLRHA's residential modernization program; upcoming contracting and job opportunities; and key information for NLRHA residents who will be impacted in light of the new construction and renovations.
(Posted January 13, 2017) The North Little Rock Housing Authority has launched www.nlrharad.org to keep residents, the general public and other constituents updated about redevelopment and rehabilitation planning with our 8 public housing properties. The website provides project details, timelines, FAQs, meeting information, contacts and more about NLRHA’s participation in the Rental Assistance Demonstration program or RAD, a voluntary public housing program launched by HUD in 2012. RAD allows us to leverage public and private dollars to address the $90 million in current and deferred maintenance and modernization needs for the properties. In partnerships with developers, NLRHA anticipates that the project will take up to five years, subject final approval from HUD and financing. For questions about the RAD website, contact Shanta Nunn-Baro at 501-758-8911 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Visitors can also get text alerts about RAD and other housing authority news by signing up at http://nlrha.org/list.aspx.
